Tasting: Made with raw sheep's milk. It is an aromatic, dairy-flavored cheese, slightly spicy and melted on the palate. The interior is slightly yellowish. And the crust is covered with natural fungus, fleshy skin.

Tasting: The half-mature cheese is both soft and intense, with a flexible texture and a granular point. Raw milk allows to offer a unique cheese character. Salt improves the round, broad and characteristic aspect of sheep's milk.
